Agriculture Exhibitor Agreement

All exhibitors participating in or competing at the Calgary Stampede must have a signed 2019 Exhibitor Agreement prior to exhibiting or competing. This agreement which covers the rules and conditions, animal and animal care regulations, additional Stampede rights, and liability was included in your registration forms. If you haven't already done so, please take the time to review your show rules. 

 

Accreditation

An official accreditation pass will be needed by all those granted complimentary Park access for the 2019 Stampede. In addition to granting access to Stampede Park, the photo accreditation will indicate which restricted areas each person can enter based on individual requirements. Accreditation is year specific, and a new pass will be issued each year. The Agriculture Accreditation pass gives you access to the Grandstand Rush areas for the Rodeo, Chuckwagons, and Evening Show.  The pass must be purchased on the entry application for a fee of $35.00 (G.S.T. included). These badges are a privilege of the exhibitors, and will be limited. Exhibitors are responsible for lost or forgotten badges. Please note your entry will not be accepted without a picture.

 

Accreditation Office Hours

The Accreditation Office is located at the Nat Christie Bridge in Lot 25A and will be open July 2 - July 3 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and July 4 - July 14 from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. When you arrive on park for move in, your accreditation passes and parking passes will be available here.

Move In Pass

The exhibitor vehicle move-in pass will be available in your Exhibitor Package to allow access through the Nat Christie Gate (25th Avenue). Passes must be presented to gate attendants upon arrival.

         

Agriculture Show Office Hours  - Nutrien Western Event Centre

The Show Office is located in the Nutrien Western Event Centre and can be accessed through the Exhibitor Entrance on the northeast corner of the building. Show Office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Stall cards, show numbers, preliminary show sheets and schedules will be released from the Show Office upon your initial arrival to Stampede Park. The Show Office telephone number is (403) 261-0213 and the staff will page exhibitors or take telephone messages. Please note this telephone is not for public use.

 

Vehicle Parking

There will be limited parking within the boundaries of Stampede Park during the 2019 Calgary Stampede. The "25 North" Parking Lot will be designated for daily vehicle parking and may be accessed through the Nat Christie Gate with an Agriculture Exhibitor Parking Pass. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO CAMPING OR TRAILERS ALLOWED IN THE "25 North" LOT. Parking attendants will be on hand to direct exhibitors to the livestock unloading area on Stampede Park and then to the trailer storage lot. Quads, mini-bikes and three wheeled ATV's are strictly prohibited on Park. Exhibitor owned/provided UTV's and Golf Carts are prohibited. 

Exhibitor vehicle parking passes will be available for pick up at the Accreditation Office in Lot 25 upon your initial arrival at Stampede Park. The exhibitor vehicle parking stickers must be placed on the windshield of your vehicle to prevent the vehicle from being towed while parked in the designated parking areas.

 

CS People Mover Service

The Calgary Stampede will provide improved transportation via eight-seat carts and buses for extended hours. The route will be from the back of the Agriculture Building to Lot 25 with two drop-off/pick-up locations on the route on 5 minute intervals during the hours that park is open. Extended hours will be provided to transport people to and from Lot 25 and the Ag Zone prior to park opening and after park is closed to the general public. Hours of operation will be from 6:00am through to 3:00am beginning July 4 and running through to July 14.

 

NSF Cheques

There will be a $25 charge on all NSF cheques.

 

Prize Money

All prize money will be paid in Canadian Dollars. Non-residents of Canada will be subject to a 15% withholding tax on all prize monies awarded as required by the Canada Revenue Agency.  Exhibitors may file to claim the tax back. To submit a claim, complete the following information and submit directly to the CRA. For further details, please contact Agriculture Administration.

The AG Grill

The AG Grill, located in the Agriculture Pavilion, will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Thursday, July 4 through Sunday, July 14. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar service will be available.
