To achieve the foregoing objective, reliance is placed upon Calgary Stampede policies and guidelines as well as AMHA rules. Accordingly, exhibitors/participants must familiarize themselves with the governing policies, guidelines and rules. It is an expectation that all exhibitors/participants will comply with entry deadlines, move in and release requirements, shot box requirements and be on time for the pre-show measuring of horses. It goes without saying that all persons, in any way involved with the Miniature Horse Show, are expected to at all times, conduct themselves in a courteous manner.

  1. Special attention is called to the following:

  3. Exhibitors are responsible for carrying their own liability insurance, (see Liability - General Rules).
  4. Exhibitors must ascertain at what time judging will take place; and no complaint or appeal based upon the statement that the judges have overlooked the exhibits will be considered by the Calgary Stampede.
